Girls Only Seminar

Just got back home from Girls Only seminar with Leticia Ribeiro and Beatriz Mesquita.

Margaret Aase, my Maggaluff have introduced me to BJJ!

Alot of fun:) Now im tired!

Friday: technique training
Saturday: 2* technique training and 1 sparring session
Sunday: 2* technique training

A must see movie! If you ever been to thailand, you will laugh your ass of. So many stereotypical characters of scandinavian tourists and simple humor.

One of the best things

About beeing home is the fresh water straight from the tap.
Just had my first strenght training since december, nice!

Yesterday was the first thaiboxing training in 6 days. cant remember last time i had such a long break from training. Travel is tiring and my shins hurts a bit, but nice to be back at söders fight gym and see all the nice peeps again.

I promised to be better at updating my blog, so lets see if i can manage that. I also figured out to write in English, as we are getting a norwegian "norges beste fighter" blog soonish.

Contrasts

Back home from Thailand, had a great time! Got to meet alot of nice and inspiring people. I allready miss them.
Cant really tell much about what happend there, but you can see it on "Norges beste fighter" on norwegian Viasat4 from 27th feb.

Clinch löser det meste!
har hatt vondt i nakken litt over en uke nå, fått litt massage her og der, blitt trykka på alle mulige veier, blitt löfta og sjhjooohoi, det knaker men ikke der det "sitter fast". så jeg bestilte time hos en kiropraktor som jeg skulle dra til i morgen. men på treninga i dag som for övrig var veldig göy fikk jeg sagt hejjdå nakkelås, Yasmine clincha nakken min på plass.(takk for det) just got to love the clinching game! 600kr spart og jeg er glad igjen. whooo hoo

2 dager til jeg er på vei til oslo
4 dager til solen snur og jeg er på vei til Hemsedal
6 dager til julaften med fine familien
12 dager til noe som jeg tror blir veldig göy
13 dager til 2012 whooohoooo, nytt år med masse göyye planer!

har fått en liten setback på treninga som jeg skal fikse med litt massage i kveld. ellers blir det masse trening og masse mat i jula. masse masse mat, carro-goes-fatcamp.
Blir nok mye styrke og endel kondisjon. synd at det ikke er no slosskamp-gym i hemsedal. da hadde jeg nok tatt turen dit.

ellers er det siste man gjör för man reiser egentlig ganske kjedelig... vaske klär når man må gå ut i ösende pösende regnvär for hver vask man skal sette på. pakke, shit jeg må jo pakke ganske mye, rydde og done litt i leiligheten, siste skolearbeidet, umotivert... handle julegaver, er klar med de fleste, men ikke alle!

oii, og nyttårsforsettet mitt må jo nesten väre å oppdatere bloggen litt oftere!

legger til ett alment bra tips å ha med seg når man er på tur: ikke stop på toalettsetet. dette tipset fikk jeg med meg på grensa mellom kambodia og thailand i sommer, og jeg fölger det uten unntak. det oppfordrer jeg dere til også.
