A day of food


A normal day of foodMidtstill


I wake up at 07.00 having a preworkout protein/carb shake


trainingsession1: 08.00-10.00





After training ill eat grilled chicken, som tam(papaya salad) and sticky rice

a nother preworkout protein/carb shake at 15.00

trainingsession2: 16.00-18.00


After training ill eat some nice thaifood again, for example pad ka praow gai sei kai dao.


I drink electrolyte beverage after every training

Alot of water before, during and after training.
And all I can eat of fresh fruit :) mmm, love it!
