Yaa Nam Radompon

ohh yeah, Im about to do something that might be a bit crazy?! we will se in the morning...
this is how it tastes

but it will clean your body!

this is what I found out about it : "***RADOMPON the Number 1 drink for all Muay Thai boxers****

Who have been drinking this before? 555 :-)

The boxers drink this for healing and cleaning the body after a hard period of fighting. 2 bottles a year should be more than enough according to doctors we have been speaking to.

it is wellknown for the taste and one more surprise.

You try and find out 5555"

Livin the Dream

For a lot of people my life at the moment would sound crazy.  Why am I using all my savings to go to Thailand and Eat,Train,Sleep-Repeat again and again?!
Not alot of stuff happens. My life is probably pretty boring if I think about it. All the energy I have, is used for training. Im almost not leaving the gym. Seeing the same people everyday, the trainers, fighters and the gym-crew.
This is how I choose to live my life at the moment. Why?
The love and passion to Muay Thai, the fun of the training, to learn new stuff everyday, to feel how I develop in many different ways, TO GET TO FIGHT and knowing that this is just one small road on the way to reaching my GOAL
Right now this is my dream, and I AM LIVING MY DREAM

A normal day would look like this at Por Promin, Hua Hin:
06.30 Alarm is ringing
06.35 Get out of bed, Eat a small meal, morning routines like brushing my theeth and stuff.
07.00 Run 5-8km, back to the gym stretching+skipping+shadowboxing
08.00 Padwork, Bagwork, Techniques, sparring,  situps, pushups+++
09.00/09.30 Proteinshake and electrolytes
10.00 Food at the gym
10.30 Sleep, Chillout or maybe a swim at the pool down the road, make a blogpost, watch some tv, try to study some thai in my thai-book, read a book or do whatever that doesent take a lot of energy.
15.00 wake up again, Eat
16.00 Run 3-5km, back to the gym, then Muay thai, same as in the morning.
18.00-19.00 proteinshake and electrolytes
19.30 Food at the gym
21.00 Go to bed :)

I love that I have time! not only for the training, but also for the recovery as well.
The schedual above is a normal day, but not a everydayer... Like today: I skipped morning training to sleep in. Quality is better than Quantity, and I know my body well enough to know when to take a session or a day of. Afternoontraining is now going to be extra fun with alot of brand new energy.

Back "home"

Just got back "home" from our Isaan trip! Its been a epic, different and fun trip. But now its so nice to be back in Hua Hin and at Por Promin gym again.

Jade Marrissa Sirisompans facbook status says alot: " Back home in Bangkok now, glad to be home. Isaan taught me so much, it was an amazing experience, from Surin to Buriram. I felt almost every type of emotion on my trip... it was amazing and horrific at times, but overall i had a great trip. I found a really good gym, Sit Namkabuan Buriram, met amazing people, saw and experienced some things that are so surreal to me i didnt know if i was in a dream, nightmare or real life and i ate somtam like everyday lol."

Floating rock, take it home and you will get sick...

Stack 9 volcanorocks for good luck

A contrast to yesterdays crazy night we got a nice breakfast, and a peaceful time up at the Big Buddha in Buriram.
We got good practice at stacking rocks and a nice overview ov Buriram Town.

Buriram Fightnight

The craziest drive ever... got lost so many times, it was raining as crazy. Isaan party people dancing in the rain. The fight got canceled, it startet to rain more, we got lost again on our way back, thought we where going to die, frog-collectors were out to scare us. we couldent see anything. driving on countryroads with big bumps, got carsick, used about 2 hours to get back home.
Will probably never experience such a crazy ride again. Home at 03.00 in the morning=no morning training... out to discover Buriram as a tourist.

Sit Namkabuan Gym Buriram

Dolly killing it

One of the nakmuays

Jade Marrisa Sirisompan

Found a gym in Buriram that made us happy :) a 3 km run from our hotel, pretty perfect, exept ive got tons of blisters all over my feet, so took a tuk-tuk instead. 20min skipping, 3*10min rounds on the bag, 2*5min rounds on the pads, situps, pushups, hangups, stretching. A nice and easy morning training.
Some food and chill before afternoontraining then out to see one of the nakmuays from the gym fight.

Bye Bye Surin! Hello Buri Ram

The best duck-dish Ive ever had

Beautiful Nakmuays

Off we go!

Mormon predicants

Tuk, our hero of the day!
Got the buss from Surin to Buriram in the morning, almost got Mormonified. Changed to minibus to go to Satuek, got picked up by Tuk(Annas trainer from Phuket) drove back to Buriram(why did we go to Satuek in the first place?), drove around the whole city of Buriram to find a Hotel. There are plenty of f**k-hotels in Buriram, but not many normal ones. No we really do not need mirrors around the bed and free amount of condoms...
Anyways, we are now at a nice hotel, but without a gym. Our mission this evening: to find a good gym to train at in Buriram, shout out if u know of anything...

To travel around in Isaan is a totally different experience. Its hard to find words...
My travelmates Jade and Dolly are the best, and this trip would definitely be one to remember!
