Clinch löser det meste!
har hatt vondt i nakken litt over en uke nå, fått litt massage her og der, blitt trykka på alle mulige veier, blitt löfta og sjhjooohoi, det knaker men ikke der det "sitter fast". så jeg bestilte time hos en kiropraktor som jeg skulle dra til i morgen. men på treninga i dag som for övrig var veldig göy fikk jeg sagt hejjdå nakkelås, Yasmine clincha nakken min på plass.(takk for det) just got to love the clinching game! 600kr spart og jeg er glad igjen. whooo hoo

har fått en liten setback på treninga som jeg skal fikse med litt massage i kveld. ellers blir det masse trening og masse mat i jula. masse masse mat, carro-goes-fatcamp.
Blir nok mye styrke og endel kondisjon. synd at det ikke er no slosskamp-gym i hemsedal. da hadde jeg nok tatt turen dit.

ellers er det siste man gjör för man reiser egentlig ganske kjedelig... vaske klär når man må gå ut i ösende pösende regnvär for hver vask man skal sette på. pakke, shit jeg må jo pakke ganske mye, rydde og done litt i leiligheten, siste skolearbeidet, umotivert... handle julegaver, er klar med de fleste, men ikke alle!

oii, og nyttårsforsettet mitt må jo nesten väre å oppdatere bloggen litt oftere!

legger til ett alment bra tips å ha med seg når man er på tur: ikke stop på toalettsetet. dette tipset fikk jeg med meg på grensa mellom kambodia og thailand i sommer, og jeg fölger det uten unntak. det oppfordrer jeg dere til også.

Min första förlust. och det var skitkul! inte att förlora förstås, men att möta någon som var riktig duktig och gav mig en rejäl utmaning. Mötte Anna Horvat från Tip Muay thai. All cred till hon. gilla stilen hennes och hennes sätt att fighta på. Var skönt att gå B-match också, alltså inte skönt i skenbenen Aj Aj Aj, men det går ju över. och det är jävligt jobbigt med 5 ronder. men skönt att känna att jag kommer utvecklas och lära mycket av matchen. Är vissa saker jag gjorde som jag är sjukt nöjd med och hundra saker jag ska bli bättre på. Kul att jag som brukar vara dålig förlorare är mer nöjd nu än vad jag var vid förra vinnst. (6-1) står det nu.

Nu är det pizza och "så mycket bättre" som står för tur. En förtjänad vilodag i morron, sen blir det tillbaks till träningen på bästa Söders Fight Gym på måndag. Thomas, Alex, minsten och Robbin
Alex gjorde det han skulle, och det tog ca 15 sekunder. Stort grattis till vinsten!

finally, ive got it! the feeling. Love it, too much. Just got to know that i have a fight Saturday.
The butterflies are out to play for a couple of days. Saturday its me playing.

I usually like to have a little more time to enjoi the "before-fight-feeling" the feeling I get when I think about the fight. I always train like I have a upcoming fight, but it gets more "real" if I actually have a date and an opponent.

So back to Falun and Dalarnas Muay Thai! whoooho, cant wait!

Happy B-day my number1 Auntie :) wish I was there to celebrate you!

im so proud to have Wenche as my aunt, and i guess you wouldent belive me if i told you that the girl on the movie is my 63 year young auntie, starting muay thai a little over a year ago. She startet it as symphatieboxing, cuz it was cheaper if we booked two privates together.

she trains with kru Chai at Hippo gym, meanam, koh Samui. He is such a great trainer. cant wait to come visit and train with you again :)

Last weeks has been good a good mix of fun training, and a nice trip back home to Norway, meeting up with family and friends. Its great how some people just know how to make you laugh like crazy :)
Dont know when next fight is coming up, but i hope that its not that far away. I love the feeling I get when its close to a fight.

and ooohhhhweey, my 6th win yesterday. always fun fighting!

no pics of me, super-tante-wenche with her camera was not here, but this is how i felt:

det ble ikke c-match som jeg först trodde, men jeg er glad jeg fikk match.
vesten er no ......... ......... sensurerer litt her. det er som at jeg ikke får puste, ikke får bevegd meg, ikke kan löfte beina ordentlig. men er jo likt for begge da. men benskydd er digg, deilig å kunne gå normalt dagen etter en match. har ikke vondt ett eneste sted, så det er gött.

det ble mye kraming/clinch i matchen. Og det var bra erfarenhet å möte noen som er litt lengre en meg, har masse masse jeg skal jobbe på framover, så whhiii, på nytt motivert, ikke att jeg ikke var det fra för da ;)

dalarnas muay thai hade en bra gala, god stemning. Det kuleste var at det var masse bra tjej-matcher der, det inspirerer.

whoooop whooop, I got a match! 1. october in Falun. Dalarnas Muay Thai

Had a match there in May, its a really nice gym with a good atmosphere.

Not very wellplanned with the mountainhiking im going on with my school. 4 days without training, Loosing weight and shadowing in the mountains going to be a different experience.

Sylarna, thats where we are going... hope the wetherforecast is wrong this time. snow and rain is not really my thing.

yeeeeahhh, cant wait to get back in the ring:)

Cyberspacetraining

Just got the runkeeper app for my phone. to run is really not my favourite, but with a little help on the way it makes it alot easier and actually a little fun :)

it talkes to me while im running. my avareage speed, how far and how long ive been running.
i love compeeting against my self, and to compete against my last running-round makes it easier to keep up the speed. im doing 5 km runs now, trying to get some speed in my feet and its going to be fun seeing my progression.

I also keeps an online fitness journal: Shapelink

its easy to add the training and its motivating to see the statistics.

I just started to feel ready to start to train "hard" again. The two weeks after i got home from thailand has been a nice, easy start after being sick. but now I want more :) have to get in shape again. motivated is my name!

wish i was just as motivated when it comes to my studies...

here is a picture when i won my first fight, haha, crazy Chai(trainer) put me in the ring after only 3weeks of training. its hillarious looking at the film from that fight, no technic and i was scared as hell.

Back in Sweden, first training yesterday, after two weeks of being sick .
It was sooo hard, but fun :)
Hope to soon get in shape again...

On my way back home

Ive had 2,5 great months in thailand now.

Its with mixed feelings im going home!
So sad to leave! but ill be back soonish!

This trip has been the best! It had everything!
One week after i got here i had a fight in Lamai, the hardest fight first

When Wenche and Alison invited me for the Kylie Minouge concert in Bangkok, both Wenche and I had some training sessions at Petchyindee at lumpenee. sooo good!

And when we where visiting Alison in Phuket, I trained at Passat Muay thai with trainer Peng.

the week of training at 13 coins before my planned hometrip ended up being two! the best place to be :) so many nice people, sooo good trainers, sooo good food, sooo nice gym. cant wait to go back there!

And then it was the tuff girls audition at Master Toddys gym! three weeks training with alot of good girls and a fight at the end :)
All of the girls inspired me in one way or another. everyone of them gave me something. and by sparring and training with so many girls i learned alot!
I won my fight against cool Paulina from USA(mexico). And I am now in the House!!!



Cant wait to go back in december to see what Master Toddy has planned for the tuff girls ;)
